Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Vegetarian Sandwiches
2 eggs or whole wheat bagels, cut in half
4 Tbsp. lite or regular cream cheese
2 (1 oz.) slices Canadian bacon or ham
4 slices red onion
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
Spread 2 Tbsp. cream cheese on bottom half of bagel. Top with Canadian bacon slice and 2 slices each red onion and pineapple; place remaining bagel half on top. Repeat with remaining bagel.
Serve with orange wedges and strawberries, if desired.
