Recipe for cooking strawberry bread

Strawberry Bread

3 1/4 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 C. canola oil
4 C. fresh strawberries, halved

Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a lrg. mixing bowl; make a well in center of the mixture.

Mix together remaining ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well Mix togetherd. Don\",t use an electric mixer. Spoon the mixture into two greased and floured 9 x 5-in. bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Cool loaves in pans for about 10 min.; remove from pans and let cool completely on wire racks.
