Beef Stew


2 lb. stew meat, cut into cubes
1/4 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 C. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. paprika
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet


Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper, and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hr. or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hr.. Stir stew thoroughly before servings.
