Soups for Salads :: Soups for the Crock Pot
2 C. carrots, sliced
1 C. onions, chopped
2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (14 oz.) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 (19 oz.) can cannellini beans (drained)
2 tsp. dried basil
1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sausage-filled ravioli
In lrg. crockpot, Mix together all ingredients except ravioli; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 6 hr. or until vegetables are tender.
At servings time, increase heat to HIGH setting. Add ravioli; cook an additional 8 min. or until ravioli is tender.
