Rancho Chili


1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco or hot sauce


Place all ingredients in crockpot. Mix well and cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hr. or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hr..
