Soups for Salads :: Soups for the Crock Pot
1 lrg. onion, chopped
2 lrg. cloves garlic, minced
2 lb. lean stew beef, cut into sm. pieces
1 lb. bulk pork sausage (Jimmy Dean is good)
1 lrg. can whole tomatoes, broken up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder, to taste
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
Put everything into a crockpot and cook on LOW for about 6 hr..
