Soups for Salads :: Soups for the Crock Pot
2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
cut into 1 to 1 1/2-in. pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 (15 oz.) can white hominy, drained
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (28 oz.) can tomatillos, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chiles
Mix together all ingredients in crockpot; stir to blend all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hr. or on HIGH for 4 to 4 1/2 hr..
Servings 4 to 6.
