Deli Seafood Sandwiches


8 oz. crab flakes or chunks
1/3 C. mayonnaise
1 C. sliced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped finely onion
6 uncut round sandwich buns


Shred the crab. Mix together with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 C. mixture Replace top.
