Recipe for cooking crab benedict


Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Seafood Sandwiches


Crab Benedict


1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper 
1/2 C. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. butter or butter replacement, melted
1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
4 English muffins, split and toasted


Mix together first 5 ingredients; saut mixture in melted butter until thoroughly heated. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to pkg. directions (or make your own!).


Spoon crabmeat mixture over cut sides of English muffins; top with Hollandaise sauce.


Makes approximately 4 servings.
