1/2 C. orange marmalade
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/3 C. dairy sour cream
Mix together all ingredients except sour cream in saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is blended. Let cool. Mix with sour cream. This keeps very well in refrigerator, thickening somewhat as it stands.
Makes approximately approximately 1 C..
