Starters and Snacks :: Savoy Dips and Spreads
2 sm. jars dried beef, rinsed and chopped finely
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 C. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. Dr. Pepper
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
Chopped pecans for garnish, optional
In med. mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans. Refrigerate several hr. or overnight.
Garnish with pecans, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
