Dipsy Devil

4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 C. mayonnaise
1 (2.5 oz.) can deviled ham
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 sm. habanero pepper, seeded and chopped finely (*)
1 shallot, chopped finely
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped finely onion
Crackers or tortilla chips


Beat all ingredients at med. speed with an electric mixer until blended. (*) 4 drops hot sauce can be substituted for the habanero pepper. Cover and chill for 8 hr. to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
