Starters and Snacks :: Savoy Dips and Spreads
1 (13.5 oz.) can whole leaf or chopped spinach
2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 C. chopped red pepper
Drain spinach well, reservings 2 Tbsp. liquid. Chop spinach if using whole leaf spinach.
Mix together reserved liquid, sour cream, mayonnaise and soup mix. Stir in spinach and red pepper. Refrigerate several hr. or overnight to blend flavors.
Serve with vegetables, bread or crackers.
