Recipe for cooking cream cheese bread bowl

Cream Cheese Bread Bowl

16 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
3 Tbsp. carrot, finely diced
3 Tbsp. scallions, green part only, sliced thinly
3 Tbsp. red pepper, finely diced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Sm. round peasant-style bread
Bagel chips

In an electric mixer beat all ingredients except bread and bagel chips together until smooth. Slice off top of peasant bread and hollow out the center. Use bread as a "bowl" for dip.

Serve with bagel chips.
