Recipe for cooking Caviar Cream

Caviar Cream


12 oz. cream cheese, well softened
4 oz. red caviar
2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
Salt
White pepper


In a bowl, Mix together cream cheese, red caviar, grated onion, salt and white pepper to taste. Force the mixture through a fine sieve into another bowl, and chill it, covered, for 30 min. or until it is firm enough to hold its shape.


Makes approximately 2 C..
