Starters and Snacks :: Savoy Dips and Spreads


Boursin


4 Tbsp. softened butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each of favorite herbs
    oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.
1 Tbsp. chopped finely parsley
Splash of white wine


Beat together all ingredients.
