Recipe for cooking black bean dip


Starters and Snacks :: Savoy Dips and Spreads


Black Bean Dip


1 (11 oz.) can condensed black bean soup
1/4 C. dairy sour cream
1/4 C. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley


In a med. bowl mash soup. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and chill for 1 hr.. Spoon into a servings bowl. Garnish with parsley.


Serve with corn chips or crackers.
