Quick Meals- Salads and Wraps :: Savory Wraps
1 C. cooked shrimp
1/2 C. chopped cucumber
1/2 C. sliced olives
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 C. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
Lettuce, shredded
2 or 3 pita pockets
Mix shrimp, cucumber, olives and tomatoes. Add salad dressing. Stuff into pita pockets with lettuce.
Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
