Crabmeat Quesadillas


8 oz. crabmeat
1 C. finely sliced onions
10 (8-in.) flour tortillas
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
Salsa


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.


Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions and green chiles. Place five tortillas in a single layer on a lrg. baking sheet. Cover with crabmeat mixture, top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 min. or until tortillas are lightly brown. Cut into wedges.


Serve hot with salsa.
