1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. soft, cooked rice
2 tsp. melted butter
1 egg, well beaten


Add milk slowly to flour and salt, beating to avoid lumping.


Mash rice until fairly smooth. Mix together with flour mixture; add butter and egg; bake in a greased layer cake tin at 450 degrees F for 30 min..
