Salad Dressings :: Salad Dressings for Vegetables
This is a wonderful way to use up leftover salsa.
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
1 C. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C. fresh salsa
Mix together mustard, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and whisk together thoroughly. Add salsa and whisk until blended.
