Milnot Basic Salad Dressing

1/2 C. Milnot
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. vinegar
1/4 C. sugar

Blend all ingredients together; allow to stand until thickened; chill well before using.

Makes approximately approximately 3/4 C..

Blue Cheese Dressing
Omit salt and add 1 1/2 oz. blue cheese.

Creamy Cheese Dressing
Add 3 oz. cream style cheese

Thousand Island Dressing
Add 1/4 C. chili sauce
