Green Mayonnaise


1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 C. canola oil, divided


Place all ingredients except 3/4 C. canola oil into blender and pure for a few seconds. Add remaining oil in a steady stream.


Serve as a dressing for chilled vegetables.


Makes approximately approximately 2 C. mayonnaise.
