Green Goddess Dressing


Green Goddess Dressing originated in San Francisco.


1 C. sour cream
1 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/3 C. diced onion
Salt and pepper


Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, anchovy paste, parsley and onion; season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Dressing may be refrigerated in a covered container for up to 2 weeks.


Makes approximately approximately 2 C..
