Recipe for cooking four-cup salad dressing

Four-C. Salad Dressing

1 C. vinegar
1 C. catsup or chili sauce
1 C. canola oil
1 C. sugar

Put all ingredients in a jar and blend well. A clove of garlic and other spices may be added if desired.

This keeps well in the refrigerator.
