Dill Dressing

1/2 C. undiluted evaporated skim milk
\n1/4 C. canola oil
\n1/4 C. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
\n3 Tbsp. white vinegar
\n1 Tbsp. Watkins Chicken Soup Base
\n1 tsp. Watkins Onion Powder
\n1 tsp. Watkins Garlic Powder
\n3/4 tsp. Watkins Dill Weed
\n3/4 tsp. Watkins Dry Mustard
\n1/4 tsp. Watkins Basil
\n1/8 tsp. Watkins Black Pepper

Mix together all ingredients in a covered jar. Shake well to mix.
