Salad Dressings :: Salad Dressings for Vegetables
1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. light cream or dairy sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of MSG
Dash of white pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Crumble cheese; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. If a thinner dressing is desired, add additional cream or milk.
Makes approximately approximately 1 pint.
