Salad Dressings :: Salad Dressings for Vegetables
1/2 C. mayonnaise, regular or low-fat
1/2 C. sour cream, regular or low-fat
1 Tbsp. milk, or more as needed
1 Tbsp. freshly cracked peppercorns
1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Pin. of garlic powder
Pin. of sea salt, to taste
Whisk all ingredients to Mix together. Add more milk if necessary to get desired consistency. Let sit at least 30 min. in the refrigerator to allow flavors to meld. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
