Creamy Garlic Dressing

1 C. canola oil
1/4 C. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Mix together all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well.

Makes approximately approximately 1 1/2 C..
