1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh gingerroot
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash each salt and pepper
Mix together all ingredients in blender container or wok bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. Makes approximately six servings. May be kept refrigerated up to one week.
