Anchovy Salad Dressing

6 Tbsp. Star Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. Star Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
2 Star Anchovy fillets, chopped fine

Mix together all ingredients in a covered jar and shake well. Chill in refrigerator. Before servings, shake thoroughly.
