Topping for Congealed Salad

1 egg
1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 C. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. cream cheese
1 envelope Dream Whip

Beat first five ingredients in order, then cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Add Dream Whip, made according to pkg. directions, but omitting the vanilla extract or flavoring. Fold into the first mixture and spread on top of a congealed salad.
