Recipe for cooking celery seed dressing

Celery Seed Dressing

2/3 C. sugar
1 C. vinegar
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 C. canola oil

Beat all ingredients until thick.

This is delicious over ice-cold avocado slices.
