Southern Style Chicken and Gravy

1 C. skim milk
\n1/4 C. cornstarch
\n1 Tbsp. garlic salt
\n1 (14.5 oz.) can fat-free chicken broth
\nDash of pepper
\n3 (8 oz.) cans no-salt-added mixed vegetables, drained
\n1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken,
\n    cooked and cut into bite-size pieces

Put the milk, cornstarch, salt and chicken broth into a Dutch oven. Mix well \nbefore turning on heat, dissolving cornstarch completely. Turn heat on med..

Add drained mixed vegetables and cooked bite sized pieces of chicken. Stir \noccasionally and cook approximately 10 to 12 min. or until mixture is creamy.

\n

Serve over two biscuits.
