Salsa Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (I used
    chicken tenders - 3 tenders and 3 points per servings)
4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 C. salsa (hot or mild, to your taste)
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese (I use Kraft 2% low fat)
Light sour cream for garnish (optional)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.


Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13-in. baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken. Pour the salsa all over the breasts. Bake at 375 degrees F about 25 - 30 min. or until chicken is tender and juicy and juices run clear.


Sprinkle the cheese on the breasts evenly and bake another 5 min. or so until melted and bubbly.


Serve with fat free sour cream as a garnish if desired.
