Chicken with Mushroom Gravy


6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
21 1/2 oz. 98% fat-free Condensed cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/2 C. dry white wine


Place the chicken breasts in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the wine and the soup. Pour over the chicken. Add the mushrooms. Cover. Cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hr..
