1 C. (one 8 oz. can) tomatoes, finely
chopped and undrained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
1/2 C. (one 2.5 oz. jar) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 C. chopped onion
16 oz. skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast,
cut into 4 pieces
In a crock pot container sprayed with extra virgin olive oil-flavored cooking spray, Mix together undrained tomatoes, tomato soup, Italian seasoning and garlic. Stir in mushrooms, green bell pepper, and onion. Add chicken pieces. Mix well to Mix together.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hr..
Evenly spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
