Potato Salad with Steak Seasoning

2 lb. russet potatoes (about 6 med.)
1 1/4 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. spicy steak seasoning
1 C. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 C. onion, chopped finely
4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and coarsely chopped
Peel and qt.er potatoes. Place potatoes in a lrg. saucepan; add water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, 12-15 min., or until potatoes are just tender. Drain, cool, and cut potatoes into 1/2 in. cubes.
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, spicy steak seasoning, celery, onions and eggs in a lrg. bowl. Add potatoes to mayonnaise mixture; stir to coat. Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hr..
