Marzetti Potato Salad
1 C. marzetti slaw dressing
4 C. cold, pared and diced cooked potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/4 C. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. diced fresh red bell peppers (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, pickle relish, red bell peppers and dressing in a lrg. bowl. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors.
Garnish with more hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges if desired.
