1 1/2 C. shredded carrots
6 C. (20 oz.) shredded frozen potatoes
9 oz. (full 1/2 C.) diced 97% fat-free ham or
any extra-lean meat
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 C. skim milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3/4 C. (3 oz.) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
In a crock pot liner, Mix together carrots, potatoes, ham, and onion flakes. Add mushroom soup, skim milk, black pepper, and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to Mix together. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hr..
Stir well before servings.
Divide into 6 servings.
