Quick Meals- Salads and Sandwiches :: Pork and Ham Sandwiches
3 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped onion
1 C. catsup
1 C. barbecue sauce
1 C. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (3 to 4 lb.) boneless chuck
roast, trimmed
14 to 18 hamburger buns, split
In a crockpot, Mix together the first 12 ingredients; mix well. Add roast. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 to 7 hr. or until tender.
Remove roast; cool. Shred meat and return to sauce; heat through. Use a slotted spoon to serve on buns.
