Quick Meals- Salad and Pizza :: Pizza Crusts and Sauces
2 C. Roma tomatoes, ground
10 lrg. pitted black olives, qt.ered
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 anchovy fillets, minced
Salt
In a nonreactive bowl, Mix together ground tomatoes, olives, oil, garlic and anchovies. Season lightly with salt, and mix well.
Makes approximately 2 1/4 C. sauce.
