Recipe for cooking lager crust


Quick Meals- Salad and Pizza :: Pizza Crusts and Sauces


Lager Crust


2 C. flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
12 oz. lager

Mix together ingredients in a lrg. bowl and mix well. Spread onto a greased 13 x 9-in. baking pan or a lrg. pizza pan. Sprinkle with your favorite sauce, toppings and grated mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 to 30 min. or until pizza is golden brown.

Let stand about 10 min. before cutting and servings.
