Super Salad Recipes :: Pasta Salads
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated tortellini pasta, cooked
according to pkg. directions and chilled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pesto sauce
1/2 C. prepared balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/2 C. chopped and drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 C. pine nuts, toasted
Mix together all ingredients in a lrg. bowl; toss well to Mix together. Chill for 20 min. or overnight.
Serve with fresh fruit and bread sticks.
Makes approximately 8 to 10 servings.
