Super Salad Recipes :: Pasta Salads
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 C. mayonnaise
1/3 C. chili sauce
1/4 C. lemon juice from concentrate
2 tsp. sugar
1 lrg. fresh tomato, chopped and seeded
1/4 C. sliced green onions
4 C. thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
8 sliced cooked and crumbled bacon
Mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice and sugar, Mix well, then add the macaroni, tomatoes and green onions. Cover and chill.
Right before servings add the chopped lettuce and crumbled bacon pieces. Mix well.
