1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3 C. tomato juice
4 oz. dry spaghetti (1 1/2 C.),
broken into 4- to 5-in. pieces
Brown lean ground beef in skillet and place in crockpot. Slice mushrooms. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hr. or on HIGH for 3 to 5 hr.. Turn to HIGH last hr. and stir in dry spaghetti.
