Quick Meals- Salads and Pasta :: Pasta Recipes
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. milk
1/2 lb. fettuccine, cooked and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
10 oz. lrg. mushrooms, chunked
In lrg. saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic until almost soft. Add mushrooms and cook for about a min.
In a saucepan, Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add fettuccine and toss lightly.
Servings 4.
