Chili-Roni


1 lb. lean ground beef
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
3/4 C. water
2 C. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese


Brown lean ground beef in a lrg. skillet; drain. Add next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min.


Add cooked macaroni and simmer another 5 min. Sprinkle with cheese before servings.
