Chili-Ghetti


1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. canola oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt, to taste
2 C. tomato juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 C. raw spaghetti
2 C. kidney beans


Brown beef in oil; add onion, chili powder and salt. Cook until onion is tender. Pour into casserole. Mix together other ingredients; mix well, then pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hr..


Servings 6 to 8.
