6 oz. spaghetti, uncooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 lrg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 C. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of paper towels. Mix together eggs, spaghetti, 1/2 C. spaghetti sauce and 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 9-in. square baking pan.
Mix together spinach, cottage cheese, and nutmeg; spoon over spaghetti mixture. Spread with remaining spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese; bake 5 additional min.
Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
